Duties:
-Greets all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Primary responsibility to answer and direct all phone traffic in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner.
-Responsible for scheduling customers for vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs and estimate appointments with onsite estimators.
-Explain the company repair process to customers, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and expected delivery date of repair.
-Educate customers on company's CSI/NPS survey (kept informed, customer service, quality of repair and on-time delivery) -Gathering prospect information needed to obtain the sale -Providing general administrative support and maintaining customer filing as well as maintaining the customer reception area/front office.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
