What you'll do in this role:
Develop and run the Hospice Volunteer program under the guidelines of Hospice regulationsRecruit, educate, and select volunteersDetermine a need for volunteer services with the patient and family/caregiver and entire Hospice teamDevelop a volunteer orientation/documented checklist programSupervise and evaluate volunteers in a timely and appropriate manner We are looking for a compassionate Volunteer Coordinator with:
College degree preferredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in health care settingHospice and/or volunteer experience preferredCompetence and proficiency in understanding the Hospice Volunteer programUnderstands the Hospice philosophyQuestions? Call us at (888) 444-0454.
